Step One
Complete a new profile in the Customer Portal (APP), which can be found by clicking “Get Started“.
Step Two
Provide proof of current (3) Vaccinations, complete Vaccination paperwork and complete the DayCare & Boarding Waiver. When completed you are now ready for step three.
Step Three
Call (516-PUP-1111) or register in the App to schedule your first day “Meet & Greet” at no cost. Step Two is a must to register for your Meet & Greet.
